Dad, it’s your baby too, so there is a lot you can do to help during pregnancy.

You can:
• provide love and encouragement to your partner.
• be supportive emotionally, physically, and financially.
• learn as much as you can about pregnancy, childbirth, and children.
• encourage your partner to eat well, exercise, get regular prenatal check-ups, and take good care of herself.

Better yet,
• eat healthy together
• exercise together
• and, go to prenatal care visits together

You are very important to the health of your baby!
