Strengthening those muscles now will help prevent incontinence
in the future and prepare your muscles for labor and birth.
Start doing your kegels now.
How to do your kegels:
Squeeze the muscles around your vagina and anus, as if you
were trying to stop the flow of urine midstream.You can do
this anytime, anywhere. Don’t strain, just hold and release.
Repeat at least 10 times several times a day.
